If you're anything like me you've had a whirlwind of a summer... and just maybe you've let your self-care practices take a back seat. With this new season, we get to return to our rituals—to what nourishes us, to what brings us back to ourselves, to fall into alignment.
10 Days to reconnect to your morning ritual—
Join Jeremy back in the virtual studio for a 10-day practice from the comfort of your own home.
OCTOBER 16 - 27
MONDAY - FRIDAY
7:15 - 8:15 AM PT
There will be no live practice Saturday & Sunday— journaling prompts will be given.
All sessions are recorded and sent within 15 minutes, so you can join on your schedule.
Enlivening Vinyasa Classes
Roll out of bed and onto your mat—together we will move and groove to soulful beats while strengthening, stretching, and opening the body.
Breathwork + Meditation
Your breath is the bridge between your mind and body. Unlock vitality, focus, and calm that you can carry with you throughout the day.
Journaling for Turning Inward
Through guided self inquiry, you'll make space to slow down and tune into your inner world, setting intentions to realign your actions for the season ahead.
Wake up to your aliveness.
Every morning we have the opportunity to begin again. Harness the power of your morning ritual and watch as it ignites more awareness, presence, and resilience every day.

Hi friend, it's Jeremy—
"Ask my wife... I'm not really a morning person.
And, I'll let you in on a secret—these virtual "challenges" are a kick in my own butt to help me remember how darn good I feel when I breathe and flow first thing.
As life transforms quickly and I make the shift to fatherhood this Fall, I'm not only feeling the importance of resourcing myself more than ever... I'm savoring the last chance we'll have to enjoy a morning practice for the next 18 years. Ha! Just kidding. Sort of?
Either way, if you're anything like me and it's not always easy to show up for yourself consistently, I invite you to remember how those in your life are better supported when you're grounded in your practice.
Join me and the support of your community as we show up for ourselves so that we can show up for our communities, too.
