There will be no live practice Saturday & Sunday— journaling prompts will be given.

All sessions are recorded and sent within 15 minutes, so you can join on your schedule.

Hi friend, it's Jeremy—

"Ask my wife... I'm not really a morning person.

And, I'll let you in on a secret—these virtual "challenges" are a kick in my own butt to help me remember how darn good I feel when I breathe and flow first thing.

As life transforms quickly and I make the shift to fatherhood this Fall, I'm not only feeling the importance of resourcing myself more than ever... I'm savoring the last chance we'll have to enjoy a morning practice for the next 18 years. Ha! Just kidding. Sort of?

Either way, if you're anything like me and it's not always easy to show up for yourself consistently, I invite you to remember how those in your life are better supported when you're grounded in your practice.
